How do I connect my keyboard and mouse? What connections are supported?

This combo supports 2 connection methods: USB receiver (plug & play) or Bluetooth (pair via device settings). Ensure the device is in pairing mode and your computer’s Bluetooth is on. Fully charge before setup for optimal performance.

Why does the keyboard or mouse disconnect so often? I’m missing the charging cable and receiver, what should I do?

They enter sleep mode after inactivity. Double-click to wake and auto-reconnect. Ensure receiver is in USB 2.0 port, batteries are charged. The charging cable and receiver are in a small plastic bag. Please check compartments in the box.

Why won’t my mouse stay on or turn on? Can I adjust the DPI of my mouse?

Ensure the power switch is fully engaged in the “On” position. If the problem persists, contact support via your order or user manual for assistance. The mouse has 5 DPI settings (1200/1600/2400/3200/3800). Use the bottom DPI button to switch.

Why does the battery drain so quickly? Is this keyboard and mouse compatible with Mac and Windows?

To extend battery life, avoid using while charging and unplug when full charged. Use a 5V 1A charger or your computer’s USB port to charge the product. Overcharging or wrong chargers can harm performance. Compatible with Windows and Mac.

Why is there input delay when typing? Are the keyboard keys too stiff or hard to press?

Ensure the receiver is within 33 feet and there’s no interference. If it persists, re-pairing or contact support. The keyboard’s upgraded, thanks to the enhanced construction and added weight, it now feels more solid and the keys are more responsive.
