How do I connect my keyboard and mouse? What connections are supported?

This keyboard and mouse combo supports 2 connection methods: USB receiver (plug & play) or Bluetooth (pair via device settings). If you encounter connection problems, ensure the device is in pairing mode and your computer’s Bluetooth is on.

Why does the keyboard or mouse disconnect so often? I’m missing the charging cable and receiver, what should I do?

They enter sleep mode when inactive. Double-click to wake and auto-reconnect. Ensure the receiver is in a USB 2.0 port and fully charge before setup. The charging cable and receiver are in a small plastic bag. Please check compartments in the box.

What should I do if my keyboard keys are stuck or malfunctioning? Is this keyboard and mouse Mac and Windows compatible?

Clean under the keys (dust/debris may cause issues). Restart the keyboard or check battery level. If problem persists, contact support via your order or user manual for assistance. This set is compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems.

Is the keyboard size suitable for office use? Can I adjust the DPI of my mouse?

This keyboard is 17.39*9.43*1.9 inches, suitable for most office scenarios. If you need a more compact and smaller keyboard, please check out our other models. You can quickly adjust it with the DPI button at the top.

How long does it take to charge? Can I use my keyboard and mouse while charging?

Charging takes 2-3 hours (light turns green when fully charged). You can use while charging, but it will extend charging time. To extend battery life, we recommend unplugging after full charge. Monitor the low battery indicator and charge promptly.
